Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we're here to help:

Timeline: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

What We Offer: Replacement only for verified damaged or defective items

What We Don't Offer:

  • ❌ Returns for change of mind
  • ❌ Refunds (replacement only)

How to Request a Replacement

Include the following:

  1. Your order ID
  2. Reason for replacement request
  3. Clear photo or video showing the damage or defect

Eligibility Requirements

For your replacement request to be approved, items must be:

  • ✓ Unused and unworn
  • ✓ In original packaging with all tags attached
  • ✓ Verified as damaged or defective upon inspection

Important Notes

  • We inspect all returned items before processing replacements
  • Replacement approval is at our discretion based on damage verification
  • Please keep items in their original condition until your replacement is approved
