Come Again - Discount & Reward Policy

We want to make shopping at Come Again easy and fair. Please read our simple rules below for using discount codes, redeeming reward points, and claiming free gifts.

1. Using Discounts and Reward Points

  • Choose One: You can use either your Reward Points OR an active discount code on your order. You cannot use both at the same time.

  • One Discount Per Order: You can apply only 1 discount code per order. For example, if you use a code like ComeAgain10 or ComeAgain15, you cannot add another code on top of it.

2. Redeeming Reward Points

  • 10% Limit: If you choose to use your Reward Points instead of a discount code, you can use them to pay for up to 10% of your total order value.

3. Free Gifts & Shinchan Cards

  • Standard Orders: Pay online for any order over Rs 1000 to receive a free gift (worth Rs 1000).

  • Pendant Orders: Every order that includes a pendant will automatically come with a free Shinchan card.

  • Converted COD Orders: If you place a Cash on Delivery (COD) order and later change it to a prepaid order and got any kind of discount/gift there, it will not include the free gift or bonus items.

  • Free Tool Policy: We offer only 1 free tool per order with a minimum of 10 charms. If multiple tools are added to your cart, only one free tool will be shipped.
