How many charms do I need for my bracelet?

Measure your wrist in centimetres and add 2 extra charms. For example, a 16 cm wrist needs 18 charms.
How do I measure my wrist?

Wrap a flexible measuring tape, string, or strip of paper snugly around your wrist just below the wrist bone. Measure that length in centimetres, then add 2 to get your ideal charm count.
What is the minimum number of charms I can order?

A full modular bracelet requires at least 18 charms. For a smaller order, shop our under-18-charms collection; the minimum there is 5 charms. We do not sell single charms individually.
Do you sell pre-assembled bracelets?

Our bracelets are modular and made to order, so you choose your own combination. When your cart contains 15 or more charms, the option to have them assembled for you appears at checkout.
What are the charms and bracelets made of?

They are made from 100% high-grade stainless steel. They are anti-tarnish, water-resistant, hypoallergenic, and suitable for sensitive skin.
Do I get a charm assembly tool with my order?

Yes. We automatically include a free assembly tool with orders of 10 or more charms; you do not need to add it separately.
What offers are currently available?

When will my order arrive?

Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 working hours. Delivery then takes another 3–5 working days, so allow roughly one week from ordering.
Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on all orders.
What is your return and exchange policy?

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for defective, damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory-quality items. Exchanges are also available, especially for missing or damaged items. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Read the full return and exchange policy.
My payment was deducted but my order is not showing. What should I do?

First, check the order using the phone number entered at checkout or your Order ID beginning with CA-. If no order exists, ask your bank or UPI provider whether the payment will be automatically reversed. For unresolved payment issues, email queries@comeagain.co.in.
Can I request a custom charm or suggest a design?

We do not currently make custom or personalised charms, but there are 450+ designs to choose from. You are welcome to suggest a new design; our team will review it, although we cannot guarantee it will be produced.
Do you offer gift packaging?

Every order is packed securely in simple, elegant standard packaging. A dedicated premium gift box is not currently a standard option; contact support if you have a specific gifting request.
